Rating and Billing System for Epay Digital platform

Epay digital is a new venture that Euronet has been started in France to commercialize its electronic delivery platform of digital content throughout Europe. Main clients are located in Europe and in the Retail industry. Products are such as Software licences, Game upgrades, Music contents, sold onto cards that need to be activated via the secured platform offered by Epay Digital.
Epay Digital manage after the activation, the management of the different transactions and redistribute the commissions to all the partners (content providers, technical partners, retailers). A precise and complex billing system needs to accommodate the many demands of the platform.

Based on the telecommunication billing system, I implemented a system that rates first and then bill all the transactions of the platform. Rating system has been finalized using SQL server database engine and billing system has been implemented using data-driven subscription on an SSRS platform.
An OLAP cube has been also implemented for the Epay Digital marketers and sales people to analyse the various sales and margins per digital content.
EDI flows were needed to be implemented between the technical partners, retailers, content providers and Epay Digital, in order to automate the master data management system of the various heterogeneous systems.
