Naginder brings over a decade of experience in database architecture, migration, and administration, with deep expertise in PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MySQL. His track record spans both consultancy and in-house environments, giving him a unique perspective on how to deliver robust, scalable solutions in real-world enterprise settings.
He is particularly focused on:
- Leading cross-functional delivery teams across Europe, India and the U.S.
- Designing and executing large-scale cloud migrations and modernization projects
