Clement Huge is the founder and CEO of CHDS Consulting, a data-focused consulting firm known for its deep technical expertise in database systems, cloud modernization, and long-term client success. A former Googler, Clement brings unique insight into cloud-native architecture, database migration to GCP, and enterprise-scale transformation.
With over two decades of hands-on experience in Database Administration (DBA), Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence, Clement has led complex data initiatives across SQL Server, PostgreSQL and Google Cloud Platform. His work has spanned industries including financial services, healthcare, and the public sector.
During his time at Google, Clement was involved in large-scale migration and modernization projects, gaining firsthand expertise in Cloud SQL, AlloyDB, and GCP’s data ecosystem. This experience continues to inform CHDS Consulting’s focus on delivering scalable, cloud-ready database solutions tailored to client needs.
Clement also built CHDS’s global support and development capability, forming strong partnerships in India and France to offer reliable offshore services and round-the-clock operational support.
